Welcome to Khmer Contest. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and all related services (the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Contest Submissions

• Submissions must not include illegal, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing content. Submissions with watermarks, signatures, or identifiers may be disqualified.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• You retain full copyright and ownership of your submissions.
• By submitting content, you grant Khmer Contest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and use your submission in connection with the contest — on the website, social media, or promotional materials.
• We will give credit to you as the creator when we use your submission.
• We will not sell or commercialize your content outside of contest- or promo-related usage without your explicit permission.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of content or Services.
• In no event will Khmer Contest or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of—or inability to use—the Services.

5. Indemnification

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Khmer Contest, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your submissions; (c) your violation of any laws or third party rights.

• We may suspend or terminate your access (or account) at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for other reasons.
• Upon termination, any licenses you gave us to use your content will persist as allowed under these Terms for promo/archival usage, unless otherwise agreed.

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
